This notice explains how Grand Bequest Ltd uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us, book a conversation, or follow a link into RegenerationOS™.
Who is responsible for your information
Grand Bequest Ltd is the controller. We are a private limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC655757. Our registered office is 48 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP, United Kingdom. Our ICO registration reference is ZA738072.
Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@grandbequest.co.uk.
Information we collect
When you use a website contact form, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, reason for contacting us, building or place information you choose to provide, privacy acknowledgement, and message content. We also receive the technical information needed to keep the site secure and understand whether pages are working.
Calendly collects information directly when you choose to book a conversation. RegenerationOS™ has its own privacy information for activity on that service.
How and why we use information
- To respond to enquiries and arrange conversations.
- To understand the building, place, or question raised.
- To keep the website secure, accessible, and reliable.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping duties.
The usual legal bases are legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, or consent where required. Grand Bequest does not use this website to make automated statutory or investment decisions.
Services and international transfers
The website is hosted by Framer, which also handles native website form submissions. Calendly provides the external booking service. Service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; where this happens, we rely on the safeguards provided by applicable data-protection law and the provider’s contractual terms.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and any later working relationship.
You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability where it applies. Contact privacy@grandbequest.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
